One of our primary missions is to offer scholarships to Dominican baseball players to come to the United States and study and play baseball. Currently, Dominican youth baseball players do not spend a lot of time in school and do not speak English. They spend a lot of time developing their baseball skills in hopes that they will sign a professional contract. The odds are not favorable that they will get this contract, and even if they do, signing bonuses are typically quite low. The big money only goes to the few that make it to the Major Leagues.
We offer Dominican youth baseball players another alternative:
- Read Randy Fernandez’ story.
- Read Elizier de los Santos’ story.
Please contact us if you would be interested in helping fund a scholarship or provide hosting for a Dominican baseball player.
